So this post might be a little bit of a rant ;)

Every body is beautiful. No body is perfect. Unless maybe they all are

Every body is beautiful. All you have to do is believe it. Now I know, its lot easier said than done but I remember I used to look up to certain celebrities and I wanted to look just like them because I thought they were perfect. But heres the thing, perfect doesn't really exist. The perfect body doesn't exist because everyones idea of perfection is different. There's a reason why "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" is a phrase. For example, some people may think that Kim Kardashian is the most beautiful woman and others may think she's the ugliest. Models are not perfect, companies want you guys to believe they are so you will buy their product and they make you believe that you need their product in order to become perfect. Perfection is not really true since everyone has their own idea of what it is. So honestly your body is perfect and you are perfect. You just have to make you your idea of perfect. I'm not saying its gonna be easy but start accepting who you are and remember to love yourself.

Remember you are beautiful and just because your body isn't tending this year doesn't mean its not perfect :)
