confidence is key

1. Love Yourself

This one is much easier said than done, in the past I've definitely struggled with being

self conscience but over time I learned to love myself and be happy with who I am. But honestly some days are better than others, and I just have to remember that there is only one me and I'm the best me that there is. 

 

2. Fake It Till You Make It

One way to feel more confident is honestly just pretending. Keep telling yourself that you got this and you will start to believe it. 

 

3. Focus on Your Strengths

The best way to boost confidence is focus on what you are good at, start by writing down things that you are good at. Everyone has their own special talents even if they don't think so, perhaps you have some hidden talents. 

 

4. Push Yourself

When you lack in confidence everything seems more difficult, especially trying new things. Don't let your fear stop you from trying new thing that you will enjoy. If you want to join a club, do it. If you want to play a sport, do it. 

 

5. Don't Compare Yourself 

Stop comparing yourself to other people, it won't do you or anyone else any good. The only it will do is make you feel bad about yourself because someone else has something that you don't. Instead of comparing your weaknesses with someone else's strengths, focus on your own strengths. The other person might seem amazing and better than you but thats not true, you are just as amazing in your own way. Thats what makes you unique.
