I have another stress related post for you guys! So the last stress post I did talked more about how to relive stress, today's post is gonna be on how to stop the stress. So first off, I would like to mention that I am not some stress-free, always happy kinda person. Trust me I try my best to be positive in every situation, but hey I'm human too I get stressed all the time. But I'm not here to tell you guys about how we all get stressed out, I'm here to tell you how to put a stop to it. We all need to stop putting so much pressure on ourselves, and take things more lightly. Life isn't as serious as we make it out to be, as a species we all need to relax about things and just "go with the flow". I know some of you may be freaking out right about now and saying that its way easier said than done. And you are completely right, but the only way we can stop the stress is by trying. Don't be so hard on yourself, you only live once make the most of it don't waste it working about pointless things. Don't be so hard on yourself.
