1. Study Tips
Essential oils can be great for studying! If you need help with memorization try blending some rosemary, lemon and peppermint in a diffuser. If you need help with focusing I recommend using a recipe that I learned about from youroitools.com. The recipe consists of equal parts of frankincense, veviter, orange and peppermint.
2. Clear up That Skin
They're are so many essential oils that help clear up your skin! I recommend tea tree and orange oil.
3. Mood Swings
As a teenager I definitely have lots of mood swings! Anytime I get agitated or stressed I like to put a little lavender oil in my diffuser and it really helps balance emotions.
Anxiety is something that so many teenager go through frequently and believe or not but essential oils can actually help calm the fear. Some essential oils that can help with fear are juniper, cassia, and cypress.
5. Muscle Pain
Whether you have pain from being an athlete or just from sleeping the wrong way, these essential oils are sure to help relieve it! Some good blends may include peppermint, basil, marjoram, wintergreen and lavender. My personal favorite is frankincense! I usually take a few drops of frankincense and mix it with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil, and apply to the affected area.
My favorite essential oil for sleep is lavender. Its extremely calming and putting it in a diffuser right before bed gives your room the most relaxing vibes to ensure good sleep.
